Please ensure a clean, well-lit space with a comfortable chair is available for your stylist. Premium home services are available within the GTA and outside, anywhere in Canada. A travel fee applies based on location.

Hairaura Luxe is not responsible for any reactions to products or for hair conditions resulting from improper aftercare. By booking, you acknowledge that our specialists maintain high standards, but the client assumes full responsibility for maintenance once leaving the studio.

What is the grace period for arriving late?

We offer a 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes, a $20 late fee is applied. Beyond 30 minutes, your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited to respect our stylists' schedules.

Is my deposit refundable?

All deposits are non-refundable. They secure your time slot in our studio and go toward your final total. Appointments can be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours' notice without losing the deposit.
