1. Introduction
Welcome to Hairaura Luxe. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our premium services and exclusive hair products. By accessing our studio, booking an appointment, or making a purchase, you agree to comply with our professional policies.
2. Booking Acceptance
Appointments are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit. We reserve the right to accept or decline any booking request based on service nature and studio capacity.
3. Deposits & Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your exclusive time slot. Remaining balances must be paid in full at the time of service completion via our accepted secure payment methods.
4. Service Pricing
Our service rates are transparently listed. Additional charges may apply for extra hair length, density, or complex customization requested. Final pricing is confirmed prior to service commencement.
5. Cancellations
We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the loss of your deposit. Rescheduling within the timeframe allows deposit transfer once.
6. Punctuality
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their service shortened or cancelled. In these cases, the deposit is forfeited to cover the reserved artist time.
7. No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to appear for their scheduled appointment without prior communication will be charged the full service fee and restricted from all future luxury bookings.
8. Hair Preparation
For precision quality, hair must be washed, detangled, and blow-dried straight prior to arrival. A surcharge applies if additional preparation is required at the studio.
9. Product Responsibility
We use premium products. If you bring your own extensions, we are not responsible for the outcome or longevity if the materials are sub-standard.
10. Private Studio Conduct
Extra guests or children are strictly prohibited. We focus exclusively on one client at a time to ensure total dedication and high-quality results for your transformation.
11. Service Outcomes
Results vary based on hair health and texture. We conduct detailed consultations before every styling session to set realistic expectations for your specific hair type.
12. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on services provided. If you are unsatisfied, you must notify us before leaving the studio so we can perform adjustments immediately.
13. Scalp Health
Clients must disclose scalp conditions or product allergies prior to booking. We reserve the right to refuse service if the condition is unsuitable for the service.
14. Liability Disclaimer
Hairaura Luxe is not liable for any reactions or damage resulting from undisclosed medical conditions or previous treatments not communicated during consultation.
15. Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior, lack of hygiene, or consistent disregard for our professional booking policies.
16. Aftercare Maintenance
Longevity depends on proper aftercare. We provide professional maintenance advice, but ultimate care is the client's responsibility once leaving the studio.
17. Communication
Official communication must be handled via our verified contact channels. We are not responsible for delays if unauthorized platforms are used for booking inquiries.
18. Privacy Policy
Your personal information is handled with care. We collect only what is necessary for bookings and payments, ensuring your data remains private and secure.
19. Policy Updates
Hairaura Luxe reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be updated on our website and apply to all future bookings after publication.
20. Binding Agreement
By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms & Conditions set forth by Hairaura Luxe.
